Refunds

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (including tags, labels and accessories).

Items that Cannot be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Grip tape and overgrips that have been opened or applied
  • Strings that have been cut, installed, or partially used
  • Opened ball cans or visibly used balls
  • Mouthguards and other in-mouth or body-contact protective gear
  • Socks, base layers and undergarments that have been worn or removed from packaging
  • Custom–strung racquets or customised products (e.g. personalised prints or name labels)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products (e.g. vouchers, coaching resources)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to us directly.

Partial refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any racquet, paddle, shoe or apparel item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded, unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (for example, a faulty racquet or shoes with a manufacturing defect), send us an email at admin@titansportsacademy.com.au and post your item to: Titan Sports Academy, 147 The Avenue, Figtree, NSW, Australia, New South Wales.

Shipping returns

To return your product, mail it to: Titan Sports Academy, 147 The Avenue, Figtree, NSW, Australia, New South Wales.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
